Your body needs to recover for the next day. This way you avoid your workouts to become dragging the consecutive days.

7. Eating too much

Overeating is one common reason you are not losing weight, one of the strategies to lose weight is that your body needs to run a calorie deficit, this means merely burn more calories than you consume.
